A fresh dog food diet is made with natural, real ingredients, such as beef, chicken, lamb, broccoli and blueberries, and can make a big difference to a dog’s overall wellness. Some benefits that dogs on a fresh food diet may experience include increased energy levels, improved coat shine, breath smell and bowel movement.

Our gently cooked meals are formulated by UK canine nutritionist, Alison Daniel. Each recipe is fully balanced and complete, in accordance with AAFCO and FEDIAF guidelines. This ensures our recipes are made with fresh, whole ingredients with essential vitamins and nutrients for your fur kid.

Alison, Nutrition (Applied Science) Ad Dip, BSC Hons, Animal nutrition PD Cert, has specialised in canine and feline nutrition for over 13 years, helping owners and their pets all over the world. 

We use human-grade, high quality meat and fresh produce, sourced and gently cooked by a Cordon Bleu trained chef. Our food is grain and gluten-free, made with fresh, whole ingredients, with no fillers, by-products, and preservatives.

Our gently cooked meals are formulated by canine nutritionist Alison Daniel and are fully balanced and complete, in accordance with AAFCO and FEDIAF guidelines.

Our food is gently cooked at 80 degrees, sufficient to kill bacteria for safe consumption while retaining most of the nutrients.

Made from real, whole ingredients, our food tastes and looks good and we’re sure most dogs would love it. However, if your dog does not fancy our food, contact us and we will fully refund your first order.

We recommend that all unopened food packs be stored in the freezer. Unopened, the food can be stored for 6 months without a reduction in nutritional values. Once opened, keep food sealed or in a tupperware in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not refreeze thawed food.

Transfer the next day’s pack of food from the freezer to the fridge to thaw overnight. You can then choose to serve it chilled or warm up the food (releases more aroma) before feeding. To serve warm, you can either place the pack in a bowl of hot water (not boiling) before serving or pour hot water (not boiling) directly to the bowl of food.

If you have forgotten to thaw the food, you may also place the frozen pack in a bowl of hot water (not boiling) for 20 minutes before serving.

When switching your dog to a new food, we recommend doing it gradually. Switching your dog’s food too quickly could lead to vomiting or diarrhea.

Gradually add Providog to your dog’s current daily portion in this ratio:

Day 1-2: 25% Providog mixed with 75% old food

Day 3-4: 50% Providog mixed with 50% old food

Day 5-6: 75% Providog mixed with 25% old food
Day 7+: 100% Providog

While we encourage serving our gently cooked meals as a full meal, you may also choose to use it as a topper to supplement your dog’s current diet e.g. kibbles

Please refer to our Feeding guidelines that was developed by our nutritionist for an estimate of the amount to feed your dog. The guidelines is only a recommendation and other variables such as age, activeness may affect. We recommend to observe and adjust as needed.

We have free delivery for orders above $70. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $8 applies

You will receive your order within 4 working days of placing your order. We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot at least 1 day in advance. Delivery will be done within a 4-hour window.

Please contact us if you need to make changes to your delivery  

Yes, our meals are frozen and will be delivered in a cooler bag

If you would like us to leave the delivery at your door, please let us know in advance. Please note that we will not liable for items left at the door. Please place the food in the freezer within 4 hours.

If you do not wish for items to be left at the door, we will reschedule a delivery on another day for a re-delivery fee of $8

We understand that all dogs are different and some may not like certain food. If your dog does not fancy our food, send us a video of your dog not eating the food and we will offer you a refund. Please note that we will need to collect back the balance unopened packs
